Is DrinkKIT suitable for Vegans

Yes, DrinkKIT is suitable for vegans so you’re free to enjoy our premium pilsner without worrying.

Is there an alcohol free version?

Is DrinkKIT gluten free?

Unfortunatley at the moment all drinkkit products contain gluten, we are looking at gluten free alternatives, so if you’d like to know when these are launched please get in touch and we’ll let you know as soon as they are ready.

How quickly will I recieve my order?

  • We aim for your order to be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri).
  • Orders are generally collected by the courier at 9AM so if your order is placed after this it will be collected the following day.
  • Orders placed after the cut off on a Thursday will be dispatched Friday for delivery on Monday.
  • Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday as unfortunately the couriers don’t work weekends!

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Why is your postage expensive?.

Our delivery charge covers the courier charge and the cost of our boxes and then there’s the tape and other packing materials to ensure that your experience of Drinkkit is a great one.

We try to provide the most cost effective way to deliver and distribute Drinkkit Cans so we can keep the costs as low as possible. We don’t make any money on the postage.

Do you offer bulk/trade discount?

Why do your reviews have no names on?

To protect the privacy of our users we’ve removed the names and photos from our social media reviews although they will be available on the platform they left the review.

My Cans haven’t arrived what should I do?

When your gin is dispatched you should receive a tracking number from our courier. If the tracking number is showing as delivered and you haven’t received it then please contact us and we will investigate for you.

My Cans have arrived damaged what should I do?

If youre cans haven’t arrived in perfect condition please contact us and send us some photos of the packaging and the cans and we’ll do our best to help.
